How to combine new motherhood with the pursuit of a creative practice

In my latest project, I started a new drawing of the same bouquet each
time my 4-month-old started a nap.
When he awoke, the time allocated
to drawing also ended. In the series
of sketches, made over six days, you’ll find the napping habits of a 20-week-old, his mother’s attempt to find time for herself and her art, and the bloom and decay of a bouquet.
